- The session takes place in the most scenic parts of the island: on beaches, at waterfalls, and in the jungle. Upon the client's request, the session may also be held on the grounds of a hotel/villa or at another location. - Transfer, an assistant, water, and refreshments are included in the package price. - A makeup artist is not included in the package price but can be arranged and paid for separately. - The session is conducted with short breaks for rest and changing locations. Posing assistance is provided. - The client is picked up from the hotel and returned after the shoot. There are 3 available passenger seats in the vehicle and space for up to 10 pieces of luggage. - Backstage photos and videos may be included in the session upon the client's request. - All photographs undergo basic color correction. Later, the most successful images from each location are selected and individually post-processed (retouched). The duration of the session and the number of photographs depend on the selected package. - The processing time for the photographs is 7–10 days, excluding the day of the shoot. - Changing the shooting location is permitted only on foot within the boundaries of the selected location. - Shooting at locations that are far apart and require transportation between them (for example, first at a beach and then at a villa) is not included in the standard session terms but can be arranged for an additional fee and must be discussed with the photographer in advance, no later than one day before the shoot. - The need to cancel the session or reduce its duration due to the client's illness, poor health, schedule changes, or other reasons cannot be grounds for a full or partial refund if such circumstances arise on the day of the shoot. - Upon completion of the retouching process, all photographs are uploaded to cloud storage in JPEG format, and a download link is provided to the client. The photographs are stored in the cloud and available for download for one month. After one month, the folder is deleted from the cloud without prior notice. - Expedited processing (or additional image editing) is available for an additional fee. The cost and turnaround time are determined individually based on the complexity of the request. - For shoots conducted outside the island, transportation, meals, and accommodation expenses may be added to the service fee. Entrance fees to paid locations (national parks, museums, etc.) are also the responsibility of the client. - Delivery of the files on a separate storage device (disk/flash drive) with home delivery can be arranged for an additional fee. - The selection of clothing and accessories is made by the client according to their personal taste and creative vision. - Photography cannot be conducted during rain. Time lost waiting for the rain to stop cannot be added to the scheduled session time. No refunds are provided for time spent waiting.
